1. Q: What would you do to guarantee the product quality?
To fully guarantee stable and reliable product quality, we implement full-process control covering Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) with systematic measures,conduct multi-stage product testing with full batch traceability, adopt strict health & environmental control to avoid product contamination, carry out regular QHSE audits and continuous system optimization, plus standardized storage and logistics management. Every link follows unified QHSE rules to eliminate quality risks fundamentally.
2. Q:Can you provide COA / MSDS /TDS before order?
Yes, we can provide complete COA, MSDS /TDS documents for your reference prior to placing orders. Please advise the exact product grade and quantity you intend to purchase, and we will send you the latest updated versions of these technical documents promptly by email. All files are issued in accordance with international QHSE standards,for your customs clearance, laboratory testing and internal risk assessment.

4. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
We support multiple flexible payment terms to meet different cooperation demands:
(1)T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading; full T/T in advance for small trial orders.
(2)Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C at sight): Acceptable for large bulk orders, issued by reputable international banks.
(3)Negotiable payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperative clients with stable monthly orders.
5. Q:What about the order lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 10–15 working days .
(1)For T/T payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance against scanned BL copy. After your deposit arrives, we will schedule raw material procurement and production immediately within the 10–15 day cycle. This mode safeguards mutual capital safety: the deposit locks exclusive production capacity for you, while you only settle the rest after seeing loading evidence.
(2)For L/C payment: We accept irrevocable sight L/C issued by first-class international banks. The 10–15 working days lead time will start running after we receive and verify the operative L/C text without unachievable clauses. A formal L/C serves as bank credit guarantee for both parties, eliminating default risks effectively. We will review L/C terms thoroughly before production to avoid discrepancies and potential financial losses for both sides.
6. Q:Which ports can you ship from?
We support shipment from Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port of China; you can choose the loading port as per your actual demand.
7. Q:Can you arrange thirty party inspection during loading?
Yes, we fully support third-party inspection during container loading. You can appoint your designated inspection agency to attend the whole loading process at our warehouse. Our QHSE team will coordinate all preparation work in advance, including raw batch COA checking, product appearance verification, weight tally, packing integrity supervision and sealing recording.
8. Q:Do you accept OEM packaging (private label)?
Yes, we support OEM & private label packaging service for our products. You can provide your customized brand logo, label design, bag/barrel printing artwork and customized packaging specifications. Our production team will arrange tailored packaging according to your design files. For OEM orders, there is a minimum order quantity requirement. You just need to send us complete label drafts in advance, and we will confirm the sample packaging with you formally before mass production. All packaging procedures follow our QHSE management standards to guarantee packaging tightness, safety and neat appearance. We can also attach your exclusive brand information on COA, TDS and SDS documents upon your request.
9. Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
We are an integrated chemical enterprise combining manufacturing and international trading. Our company holds equity shares in two professional chemical manufacturing plants, which enables us stable, direct supply of core products with full production control under unified QHSE standards. Apart from our self-produced items from affiliated factories, we also cooperate with qualified certified manufacturers to supply a comprehensive range of chemical raw materials to meet clients’ one-stop purchasing demands.
