Product Overview
Plasticizer DBP, full name Dibutyl Phthalate, with CAS No 84-74-2 and EINECS No 201-557-4, is a classic low-molecular ortho-phthalate primary plasticizer. It boasts outstanding plasticizing efficiency and excellent low-temperature flexibility, widely applied in PVC, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, synthetic rubber, coatings and printing ink industries. DBP can effectively reduce resin processing viscosity, improve product flexibility, ductility and surface finish. It shows good compatibility with various polymer substrates, forming homogeneous plasticized system. Compared with higher molecular weight phthalates, DBP has stronger plasticizing capacity and better low-temperature performance, but relatively higher volatility and migration tendency. It can be used alone or blended with DOP, DINP, DOA and other plasticizers to adjust formulation cost and product performance. DBP is commonly adopted for artificial leather, coated fabrics, PVC soft films, nitrocellulose lacquer, solvent-based ink and industrial adhesives.

4. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
We support multiple flexible payment terms to meet different cooperation demands:
(1)T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading; full T/T in advance for small trial orders.
(2)Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C at sight): Acceptable for large bulk orders, issued by reputable international banks.
(3)Negotiable payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperative clients with stable monthly orders.
5. Q:What about the order lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 10–15 working days .
(1)For T/T payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance against scanned BL copy. After your deposit arrives, we will schedule raw material procurement and production immediately within the 10–15 day cycle. This mode safeguards mutual capital safety: the deposit locks exclusive production capacity for you, while you only settle the rest after seeing loading evidence.
(2)For L/C payment: We accept irrevocable sight L/C issued by first-class international banks. The 10–15 working days lead time will start running after we receive and verify the operative L/C text without unachievable clauses. A formal L/C serves as bank credit guarantee for both parties, eliminating default risks effectively. We will review L/C terms thoroughly before production to avoid discrepancies and potential financial losses for both sides.
6. Q:Which ports can you ship from?
