Product Overview
Potable Water Grade PAC, also called Drinking Water Grade Poly Aluminium Chloride, is high-grade polyaluminum chloride for raw water purification.
Compared with industrial grade PAC, potable water grade PAC undergoes deep purification process. Heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury are strictly limited to meet drinking water safety requirements. After dissolution, it rapidly hydrolyzes to form large, compact alum flocs for capturing pollutants. It has wide pH adaptability and stable performance in low-temperature raw water, becoming the preferred coagulant for municipal water plants.
