Product Overview
Antioxidant BHT, also named Antioxidant 264 or T501, chemical name 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, with CAS No 128-37-0 and EINECS No 204-881-4, is the most cost-effective oil-soluble monophenol primary antioxidant widely applied across food, feed, cosmetic, petrochemical and polymer industries. As an efficient free radical scavenger, BHT donates hydrogen atoms to break lipid oxidation chain reactions, effectively inhibiting rancidity, discoloration and viscosity rise of oil-based materials during storage and high-temperature processing. It features excellent lipophilicity and uniform dispersion in fats, mineral oils, polyolefins and rubber without precipitation or blooming. BHT passes FDA, EU E321 food contact certification with low toxicity, safe for edible oil, snack food and animal feed preservation. It can be used independently or synergistically compounded with secondary phosphite Antioxidant 168, BHA or vitamin E to strengthen long-term anti-aging performance for plastics, lubricants and cosmetic formulations.

4. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
We support multiple flexible payment terms to meet different cooperation demands:
(1)T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading; full T/T in advance for small trial orders.
(2)Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C at sight): Acceptable for large bulk orders, issued by reputable international banks.
(3)Negotiable payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperative clients with stable monthly orders.
5. Q:What about the order lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 10–15 working days .
(1)For T/T payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance against scanned BL copy. After your deposit arrives, we will schedule raw material procurement and production immediately within the 10–15 day cycle. This mode safeguards mutual capital safety: the deposit locks exclusive production capacity for you, while you only settle the rest after seeing loading evidence.
(2)For L/C payment: We accept irrevocable sight L/C issued by first-class international banks. The 10–15 working days lead time will start running after we receive and verify the operative L/C text without unachievable clauses. A formal L/C serves as bank credit guarantee for both parties, eliminating default risks effectively. We will review L/C terms thoroughly before production to avoid discrepancies and potential financial losses for both sides.
6. Q:Which ports can you ship from?
