Antioxidant 7PPD, also known as Antioxidant 4050 or DMPPD, equivalent to Santoflex 14, chemical name N-(1,4-Dimethylpentyl)-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, with CAS No 3081-01-4 and EINECS No 221-374-3, is a multifunctional liquid p-phenylenediamine antiozonant widely adopted in rubber industry and monomer synthesis. It combines efficient free radical scavenging and ozone capturing dual functions, delivering well-balanced dynamic anti-flex fatigue and static anti-ozone protection for elastomer goods under alternating service conditions. It provides metal ion passivation performance to restrain catalytic aging triggered by copper, manganese and other heavy metal impurities inside rubber compounds. Benefiting from long alkyl side chain structure, 7PPD possesses excellent solubility in various rubber matrices with low blooming risk even under high loading dosage. Besides rubber anti-aging, Antioxidant 7PPD works as high-efficiency polymerization inhibitor for styrene, p-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene and acrylate monomers during production, transportation and distillation. It belongs to staining aromatic amine antioxidant, suitable for black & dark rubber formulations, not applicable to white or translucent rubber. It can be used alone or compounded with polymerized TMQ to build composite anti-aging systems for tires, conveyor belts, rubber hoses and elastomer accessories.

5. Q:What about the order lead time?
