Antioxidant 445, well known as KY-405 / KY405, equivalent to Naugard 445, chemical name 4,4′-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine, with CAS No 10081-67-1 and EINECS No 233-215-5, is a premium non-staining aromatic amine antioxidant specially developed for colored rubber, wire cable, polyurethane foam and polyolefin plastics. Different from traditional dark discolorable diphenylamine antiagers, KY-405 owns large steric hindrance structure to avoid serious color migration and surface staining, fully applicable to white and colored finished products. It dual-functionally captures thermal oxidation free radicals and blocks UV light aging chain reactions, delivering outstanding high-temperature resistance, anti-ozone and anti-flex cracking performance. Its high molecular weight brings ultra-low volatility, no loss during vulcanization and high-speed plastic extrusion, maintaining long-term protection for outdoor cable and elastomer goods. Antioxidant 445 can be used independently or compounded with phosphite Antioxidant 168, thioester stabilizers DLTDP/DSTDP to form composite anti-aging systems, widely recognized as universal light-color antiager for rubber, polyurethane and plastic industries worldwide.

Compound formula with Antioxidant 168 / DLTDP: Total addition 0.15%–0.6%, mixing ratio 1:1 ~ 1:3

4. Q: What payment terms do you accept?

(1)T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading; full T/T in advance for small trial orders.
(2)Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C at sight): Acceptable for large bulk orders, issued by reputable international banks.
(3)Negotiable payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperative clients with stable monthly orders.
5. Q:What about the order lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 10–15 working days .
(1)For T/T payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance against scanned BL copy. After your deposit arrives, we will schedule raw material procurement and production immediately within the 10–15 day cycle. This mode safeguards mutual capital safety: the deposit locks exclusive production capacity for you, while you only settle the rest after seeing loading evidence.
(2)For L/C payment: We accept irrevocable sight L/C issued by first-class international banks. The 10–15 working days lead time will start running after we receive and verify the operative L/C text without unachievable clauses. A formal L/C serves as bank credit guarantee for both parties, eliminating default risks effectively. We will review L/C terms thoroughly before production to avoid discrepancies and potential financial losses for both sides.
6. Q:Which ports can you ship from?
