Antioxidant 6PPD, widely known as Antioxidant 4020, equivalent to Vulkanox 4020 and Santoflex 13, chemical name N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, with CAS No 793-24-8 and EINECS No 212-344-0, is the most popular p-phenylenediamine type aromatic amine antiozonant in global rubber industry. It features dual functions: powerful ozone capture and free radical scavenging. 6PPD preferentially reacts with ozone to form stable compounds, effectively preventing ozone-induced surface cracking on dynamic rubber parts. Meanwhile, it inhibits thermal oxidative degradation under repeated flexing and long-term service. It also delivers metal passivation performance to suppress catalytic aging triggered by copper, manganese and other heavy metal contaminants. With good compatibility with most rubber matrices, low volatility and low water extraction loss, 6PPD maintains long-lasting anti-aging protection. Noticeably, it belongs to staining antioxidant, not suitable for white and light-colored rubber formulations. It can be used alone or compounded with polymerized TMQ to form composite anti-aging systems for tires, hoses, belts and various heavy-duty industrial rubber goods.

4. Q: What payment terms do you accept?

5. Q:What about the order lead time?
