Antioxidant 702, also known as Antioxidant 4426、Ethanox 702, T511,chemical name 4,4′-Methylenebis(2,6-di-tert-butylphenol), with CAS No 118-82-1 and EINECS No 204-279-1, is a premium high-temperature resistant bisphenol hindered phenolic primary antioxidant specially designed for high-heat oil medium and polymer processing. Its double symmetric hindered phenol structure brings stronger free radical capturing capacity and far lower volatility compared with single-phenol BHT, avoiding antioxidant loss under long-term continuous high-temperature operation above 150℃. It effectively suppresses thermal oxidative degradation of lubricants, prevents oil thickening, sludge generation and acid value rise, meanwhile inhibits polymer yellowing, chain fracture and mechanical performance attenuation during extrusion and vulcanization. Antioxidant 702 owns outstanding compatibility with mineral oil, polyolefin, engineering plastic and all types of elastomers without blooming or surface precipitation. It can be used independently or synergistically matched with phosphite Antioxidant 168 to build composite stabilization systems for heat transfer oil, quenching oil, plastic film and light-colored rubber products.

5. Q:What about the order lead time?
